| The Story of Myztery - Myztery is a theatrical Christian band that I started in December 2004. My name is Pete Mason. I have been involved in Christian music since 1984, which was around the time when I moved from playing in travelling rock bands to playing in a churches and prayer meetings. It was quite a different experience. I began to write songs that reflected my personal spiritual journey, especially my encounter with Christ in 1983, which led me to turn away from certain destructive patterns such as drugs, alcohol abuse, and loose living and towards personal prayer, bible reading and outreach to other young people, including prisoners.[more] |
